Oh, sorry, oh great one. I didn't read the 10-20 pages of links you provided. I looked through them briefly. The second link mentioned "Agent". SINGULAR!!! If somewhere in one of those documents it mentions multiple agents, please quote the relevant section or at least tell me about where it is. I'm not going to read through the text of a Congressional bill just to satisfy your sorry ass.

Don't flatter yourself asshat. Your original statement had an air of "The entire bureau is off trying to catch p2p downloaders when they should all be focused on bin Laden". Gimme a break. The FBI isn't solely focused on catching P2P downloaders, just like they aren't solely focused on trying to catch bin Laden.
I made an assumption, apparently a bad thing to do around you, that by saying "It goes to the CIA" that that would be taken to mean that INTERNATIONALLY, the CIA is probably actively looking for bin Laden right now. Somehow, I seriously doubt that there are FBI agents in Afghanistan or Pakistan looking for bin Laden.
And FYI, I disagree with ANYBODY that thinks the FBI shouldn't be enforcing the law. That is clearly what they were doing when they went after those P2P sites. Whether you think that P2P downloading SHOULD be legal or not is a different matter. If you don't like it, petition your congress critter to change the law.
