As important as this project is to me, all I can say at this point is "fuck it." My computer crashed (speak of the devil, etc.). I decided to check out the video and audio as far as it went. Not only was the video grossly screwed up as far as aspect ratio is concerned, it was also going in slow-mo. The audio stutters like someone took a machine gun to the file. I'm just going to run it through Womble on normal settings (except for the few settings specified in ADM's thread) and hope it doesn't blast the quality to Hell and back. If it does, at least I'll know I only wasted several hours instead of a week, and I'll try what you said, PiD. Oh, and I guess I'll stick with the '06 DVD for ANH.

Now, if only I could find those theatrical TPM and AotC transfers...
