affirmed just how much every time he opens his mouth how much more i can come to hate the man.

kingdom of the crystal skull happens to be the worst title ever for a indiana jones movie.

star wars was the better of the two series and since he has already ruined that i will not pay a dime to see indiana jones IV in the theater or buy the dvd. and will boycott any and all lucasfilm products including comics, videogames and the eu until lucas remasters the oot.

until then sorry george no sale, no more stealing the fans wallets as you slap them in the face at the same time.

Yeah, makes me wish I had a time machine and could go get 1977 George Lucas and tell him everything that 2007 George Lucas has done. I'm sure 1977 George Lucas would want to kick 2007 George Lucas' ass!

I knew it was going to suck royally! It's just how ROTS ripped of AOTC and ROTJ, only this time KOTCS will be worse!

well what can't lucas ruin, i mean he ruined THX 1138, he ruined Star Wars and now he going to ruin Indiana Jones. somebody please make him stop!

even sean connery could smell this movie as a turkey from a mile away, he had the good fortune to turn it down. i hope this film does not hurt fords legacy or his winding down career.

So Shia is going to be Indy's son... that sucks.

I heard that that was just a rumor, and that Shia would just be some greaser who gets caught up in a few action scenes! That I accept.

Also, the plot points (if real) are recycled.... that sucks too.

The official site got a make-up and there is some new material, including a nice That's a wrap! video with moments from all four movies.

I'm with you. I'm banning this film.

Interesting "That's a Wrap" feature. Did you guys know that in 1981 there was a movie called "Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark?" I don't recall that film. Boy, that's a mouthful too.

Typical Star Wars fanboy fanboy bitching...

Seriously, some of these kooks just can't stay away from us, the attraction is just that strong. I am not quite sure what the definition of fanboy is anymore, I don't think we fit that description though, but whatever we may be called, it is kind of weird to think that we have our own loyal fanbase that complains about us because they feel we are not going in the right direction. For those of you who are doubting or think that I am just joking, what other explaination is there for someone to go through the trouble of registering for these forums, making 78 posts and remembering your password for two years.

Actually the movie has been changed in other ways. But since ignorance is bliss and your conversation has brought so much to the discussion, let me simply respond by saying "Spelling: -5."

Actually, Gryphon's been around the preservation forums for a while (or at least partially). He obviously doesn't post much, but his account isn't new.

I happen to agree with him. I think it's really lame to point out the difference of the title, especially since the title, IN THE MOVIE, hasn't been changed. The only thing that's been changed about the title is the DVD case. If I'm not mistaken, Spielberg even said, when it was released on DVD, that the actual title in the movie would not be changed. The only reason the DVD bore that title was to make it consistent with the others.

The title didn't make the movie. Some people just look for stuff to complain about.
