Yeah, Arnie's tips were really good ones. I think the very last one he mentioned is quite important, and something a lot of people fail to do during an interview. Ask questions to show you are really interested in the job, and give them the impression you really care about getting the job and that you will do your best to succeed at it. If you really don't care that much about the job (i.e. a McDonald's interview where you will only be working there short term and couldn't care less about the company) then obviously don't follow this step as you will just come off as an ass kisser. But if it is a job you are sincerly excited about and really want to have, express that.
