There are several programs that will remove menu links (e.g. PgcEdit) but the only way to remove or alter the actual text is to export the image as a BMP, doctor it in a graphics editor, then re-mux. With this particular menu it's even harder, because the subpic (that gives you the "highlights" in the menu) doesn't contain simple graphics (e.g. icons, lines or boxes) but a copy of the text, so that also needs to be edited to line up with the background image. Futermore, there are two different subpics, one for widescreen and one for 4:3 letterboxed.

I've been using the clone tool in GIMP which works pretty well, but you can always tell that the image has been 'shopped if you look closely.

And no this is not for Moth3r V2, it's my own customized version of the GOUT disc. Video will be processed as discussed in this thread and the mono mix and original Dolby Stereo will be added as audio options.
