I never had problems with chapters not working. I assume you first made chapterpoints in the movie and made scene selection menus automatically. Is it somehow possible the buttons are not linked to the chapterpoints? I mean if you play the movie and want to go to the next chapter using your remote it won't skip to the next chapter or is it just that the scene selection menus aren't working?
