Greetings folks,

I guess I'm bit computer UNsavy.
Whenever I try to get this from myspleen I get...

Error: Tracker Response Error:Bad client (exbcLO).

I tried going through their FAQ as it suggests, but I'm completely confused.
Nothing seems to help.

Can I get some advice?
