Alright, I edited this post since I did some searching and found the answer to my questions. I have pgcedit, I just havn't installed it (I need to, wow, I have WAY to much editing stuff saved that I need to install).

I found the pgcedit homepage, and read a guide about burning Daul Layer DVD's

It looks like, pgcedit and imgburn are similer in how they select layer breaks. pgcedit just imports the layer break selection to imgburn so it burns it correctly once you've selected it. I noticed pgcedit has highlighted colors which hint to where the original layer break was, and it sounds like it even tells you were it was (though it may suggest something diff). When I tried imgburn, it looked like it didn't suggest anything, though maybe all the layer breaks were the same in it's eyes (no one better than the other). I think I can burn the video_ts straight like I do single layers without pgcedit/iso as long as I choose a good layer break (I just have to figure ut how to choose a good one in imgburn). Of course Pgcedit did show a few neat feature, like previewing the cells and such to see if they are a good spot (which I can't do with imgburn). I think I can burn them without using pgcedit, it just sounds like pgcedit will make the process of choosing a layer break a little easier thanks to features like that.

Anyways, it sounded like the dvd's are authored with layer breaks (since I asked it earlier), as the help guide mentioned if no suitable sectors are found, it will have to be "re-authored," and they talked of the original layer break position.

Thanks for the help. I definatly got me pointed in the right direction!!!
