I think you are mixing up something. You have the naval/marine variant and the "short takeoff and vertical landing" variant (STOVL). Are you sure no European country will get the STOVL, I thought GB will buy them to replace Harriers.

LordJedi, the point I was trying to make was there is a nuclear deterrent in place. I don't necessarily agree with sean's position of not supporting Israel anymore but your premise of "If we stopped giving them money and stopped supporting them, the other countries would attack in the blink of an eye, much like they did the day after Israel was recreated way back in 1947." is flawed. And the point I was trying to make is that there's no way to deter crazy fuckwits like Iran. They're crazy nutjobs that don't care if Israel retaliates with nukes because they'll just spin it to make Israel look bad.
I'm not worried about Israel at all. I'm worried about the rest of the crazy ass nutjobs in that region that are willing to stop at nothing to ensure Israel is wiped off the face of the planet. You can't negotiate with those guys.
And FYI, the F-35 makes everything shit its pants. They had a special on it on the History channel just a few months ago. One F-35 downed everything, in a training exercise, that we threw at it. We're talking F-15s, F-14s, F-18s. Everything. The F-35 is THE modern equivalent of the F-15. Nothing stands a chance against it.

I'm betting the F-22 and F-35 are pretty even in a fight, though I haven't looked into the details. The F-22 may have more power since it has two engines instead of one.
Which Sukhois are you referring to? From a quick Wikipedia search, the only thing that looks like it would come close to either the F-22 or F-35 is the PAK-FA. As far as I can tell, that's still in development. Any of their other ones look more like F-15s and F-18s than anything else. I'd imagine that if they're anything like those, they don't stand a chance.

I meant any Sukhoi from the SU-27 and up. They are awesome, extreme manuverability. The pilot has an aiming device in the helmet so he can lock on to a target by just looking at it. He can even look back and lock on to another plane that's attacking from behind. If the pilot can't use the landing gear, no problem, he can slide (they built it to be able to do that). And the pilot can steer the exhaust nozzles.

You had me until the last line. What, exactly, is stupid about having pride in ones race? Black people should be proud to be black. I'm proud to be a white American of Scottish, Irish, and Italian descent. My wife is proud to be Chinese. What's wrong with pride in ones race? Everything else you said makes sense except that.
And by the way, sean, yeah, if your dad had half a clue about the Bible, he could've blown that document to smithereens. Hell, I've found flaws in every single item on that page so far. Shall I list them for you? Here's the first one: Adam and Eve didn't have to understand all the ins and outs of right and wrong in order to understand that they were being told "No". Think of God as a parent and Adam and Eve as his first two children. They really know nothing about the world other than what they see and are told. So, think of it from the point of view of an earthly parent. When you tell your child "No" and they do it anyway, does that mean that they didn't really disobey you and therefore didn't sin? Of course not! Just because they may not understand the immediate implications does not absolve them of the wrong doing.
That's just one item on that whole page. I could probably go on all night. I can't believe you had a Bible argument and used that to win. Some of the other items are even more laughable then that. Most every Christian with even a little knowledge knows that December 25th isn't the real birthday of Christ. What your document doesn't say is that it use to be celebrated in February or March (can't remember which) BEFORE it was moved to December 25th in an effort to get Pagans to convert. The Church makes no secret of that. I've even heard Priests outright say this in Church. It's simply used as a day to celebrate his birth, not the actual day of the birth.
That document is truly lame.

What makes you say we would deny it whether it is true or not?
And who ever said atheists were bad people at all, let alone not admit that all of them are not bad. Are Christians trying to put atheists in prison? I have yet to hear of prision sentences being given on either side based on who believes in what. Obviously the terms Santanist and atheist don't mix well. If someone were to be a Satanist and an athiest, then people might as well be Christians and athiests at once. And where did abortion come into all of this?? And who is not accepting who here? I have no problem with atheists at all, in fact, I tend to get along with them much better than most Christians.

Religion (and science!) both have a very high potential for being used to rally the masses in order to achieve the selfish means of their leaders. This fact in itself should play no part in someones questioning whether or not their is a God. Even the Bible, whether you believe in it or not, warns that there will be people who will use Christianity for selfish gain. So that can't really be used as an argument for why Christianity is false. I think anyone who blindly follows a religion without ever stoping to ask themselves why they believe what they do, seriously needs to wake up and start thinking for themselves.
