We didn't even give that much to the countries that were involved in the 2004 Tsunami, which could of used it a hell of a lot more than them. I think it is 30 billion in the next 10 years. If the US doesn't support Israel military like they do Israel probably would not exist anymore. But Israel is doing criminal things as well. Like building that safety wall on Palestinian land, the humiliations at the checkpoints and the crap they did during occupations.
