Anyone have the Criterion Spinal Tap Cover?

I goofed, and misplaced the cover and dvd cover for the Criterion Edition 2 disc set that was from the laserdisc. It included songs on disc 2 as well. Does anyone have a copy of the artwork and the disc label?
