Geez, where were all the video game nerds when I needed them?! Well, I finally found out that there is a rare glitch where it simply won't let certain characters learn Level 4 limit breaks. Cloud and Barrett were the victims this time around, but no one else seemed to have any trouble at all. Geez, for what's supposedly "the greatest game ever made" to many people, it sure does have a lot of really crappy glitches. Turns out, though, that I didn't even need it. Sephiroth was easier than he'd ever been. Never even damaged me enough for me to be able to use a limit break. In fact, all three of my characters were at full health when he bit it.
