Star Wars USB Flash drives

These look kind of cool:

Unfortunately, at $70 for the 1 GB and $100 for the 2 GB, they're insanely overpriced. Since you can get a 1 GB flash drive online for $10, the license fees on these things must be around $50 (that leaves $10 profit for the other company). That is absolutely insane.

But wait, they're limited to 3500 pieces. Still absolutely insane.

You don't know what a USB drive is?
That's really hard to believe unless you're extremely old or extremely young....

In '77, I was 9 and my old man took us to a drive-in to see Star Wars....but I'm not "old", yet.

*tip* make sure to marry an older woman, that way shes the "old" one no matter how old you get....

Just think of a USB drive as a floppy or a CD/DVD disc...these are all media in which you can read and write data to...its just a memory chip....an mp3 player is all together different, although it has writable and readable memory as well...

OK, I know: de gustibus non est disputandum, but I can't say I like this design. Looks childish to me.

Why couldn't they make the drives look like small items from SW universe? Like code cyllinders (Imp. officers have these on their uniforms), lightsaber hilts or even those phillishave-lookalike communicators seen in PT?

So many people have little imagination, I say.
I saw the original theatrical release of the Old Trilogy on the big screen and I'm proud of it...
How did I accomplish that (considering my age) is my secret...
