1. Any decent human being would agree that any sick child should be taken care of by a civilized society. This is not an argument for socialized medicine, it is precisely the opposite. It is a demonstration that your (and my by the way) opposition to socialized medicine has caused you to think of a question of simple human decency in the context of a current political argument. The answer is we should treat all sick children, regardless of whether or not we are opposed to socialized medicine for all citizens. Children are helpless and cannot be held to the ideal of American self reliance.
3. Bill Clinton (although I hate his guts) is much more intelligent than George Bush. This is plain to see, and has nothing to do with which man you find to be more decent or admirable. George Bush is a Dope and Clinton is highly intelligent regardless of there political ideologies. Again your politics, specifically your rightful disgust with Clinton, and political similarities with Bush, have blinded you to something that is plain as day.
5. The right to carry a handgun should not be a state by state issue any more that the right to free speech should be a state to state issue, it is guaranteed by the second amendment and should not limited to carrying a weapon only in your home state. Some conservative you are.
6. The correct answer is Seinfled.

1. And who's going to pay for it all? Money doesn't grow on trees. There's a lot of sick children in this world. Do we treat them all? Do we start forcing doctors to go to foreign countries to treat their children? Charities exist for a reason. Cut taxes and let people keep more of their income and charitable donations go up. That is a historical proven fact.
3. You're basing this on what? His popularity? Please, show me some evidence. Bill Clinton is obviously better in front of a camera. He's better at off the cuff questions. If he's so damn smart, why the hell didn't he take out bin Laden when he had the chance?
5. The right to carry a handgun is different from the right to bear arms. Of course that should not be a state by state issue. I'm very pro-gun, but I do not think a concealed weapon is specifically spelled out in the Constitution. I think everyone should be able to carry one, yes, but if one state decides not to allow but doesn't ban guns, I'm pretty sure I'm ok with that. When the laws get draconian like they are here in California, that's where I draw the line. Again, find in the Constitution where you have the right to carry a gun with you at all times. It's not there. "The right of the People, to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." You could construe that to mean also carrying concealed and I'd back you on it. But not being able to carry a gun on your person is not the same thing as outright banning guns.

What was the point to all of this?
