Well, you can use the command prompt in windows (start > run).
You can also make a .bat file. Open notepad, type: wvunpack "m48 dvd.wv" and save the file as a .bat file like "unpack.bat". Save it in (or copy it to) the folder with the m48 dvd.wv file and wvunpack.exe and run/execute it.
