Anyone be willing to mail me a copy of this? - I should be able to cover postage cost by way of paypal.

I'd like to watch it and see how ADM laid it out to all run as one long piece. I also read somewhere that he made a few adjustments like upscaling [if that is the correct term] the volume 1 audio to 5.1 surround.
