The PiP idea, Johnny, is one to think about. However, I don't really think it is for DVD. I know a lot of the new HD releases (HD-DVD only?) have IMEs (In-Movie Experience) which is somewhat of an audio/visual commentary with content playing out in a smaller window. I think that would be the ideal way to present some of these projects, but they just don't work on DVD due to the bitrate and resolution limitations.

Having said that, Daveytod, what say you on a high bitrate, high resolution DVD-R sized XVID with the content rendered in as PiP?
