I've also been interested in obtaining a turntable. I've seen a few in independent stores and I'm wondering are there any standards or features that I should look for? Any way of telling which one will play better other than using the "you get what you pay for adage" as a guideline.
Is there any way to capture a record to computer with any turntable or do you have to use one of those newer ones that is built in to hook up to a computer or cd recorder?
