My 360 just went down two weeks ago (it stopped reading disks all together but otherwise worked fine). If you haven't talked to Microsoft yet, I suggest trying to buy a new warranty before you tell them anything is wrong. Otherwise I would just keep complaining. I had to pay $140 to them to get mine fixed, and it takes forever.
