I would never deal with ebuyer.com ever again. when i was getting the last 2 hard drives i ordered them and they made a mistake and sent me 20 but separately and charged me for 20 separate delivery charges. when we contacted them to complain and said that we would not be paying for more than 1 delivery charge because it was their fault they closed our account so i couldn't contact them through their system anymore , rang them up to see what was being done about it and got told to f**k off and that they have enough customers to do without our business, and we had to wait 6 months to even get our money back after they had received the drives even with solicitors letters and the bank getting involved. I now always use microdirect.co.uk. If i have ever had any problem then they have always sorted it out immediately and have always been more than willing to help.
