Shooting the store owner - One shot seen from gun vantage point, then cutaway to (Kyle?) sawing off the end of a shotgun.

Shooting the wrong Sarah - One blast seen (vs. 6 in the OTV)

This isn't the TV cut I'm familiar with, unfortunately, which is the exact one you describe. I labelled it "New TV Cut". (it also uses a stereo mix, which the original prolly didn't.)
