I have 2 pars but the majority of the rars are incomplete, I am using the free usenext client to grab this, and it is stating that all that is available is 98% when I started DL,ing a week ago it was on 100%, also I am not very well versed with how pars work on newsgroups? as my client has a download wizard which is what I used.
