Isn't she just going to the hearing in that pic? Or is she back in jail already?

This thread is made of win and schadenfreude.

That would be correct in a way. But, for me, it is the fact that I see on a daily basis how money, prestige, notoriety, and simple political clout can et these people anything they want. For me, this shows the mayors kid, the owner of the biggest business in town, the high school football champion that someday they too could find themselves in this position once somebody has had enough of their crap. So, maybe schadenfreude is accurate, but in a poetic sort of way.

This shit doesn't deserve to be on the radio; there was a freakin fire next to the freeway (drove past) and all we heard was "oh the judge was originally to harsh, she deserved to be let out." and shit like that. She's on house arrest now.

Originally she was going to spend 23 days in the jail, but the judge got so pissed off over this crapt that he changed it back to the original sentence of 45 days in jail. If she had just dealt with it she would have got out 22 days sooner. Her lawyers will file an appeal, and you know the judge is going to get even more pissed off. She needs to accept the sentence instead of aggrevating the judge even more.

Rape is not a laughing matter, unless you're raping a clown. Then it's hilarious.

Yeah, I saw that live, I laughed my ass off. I think the guy was a plant from Jimmy Kimmel Live, at least that's what Shepard Smith kept saying, so I can not confirm that is true or not.

I think that for most celebrities, being sent to jail would be a big negative. Somehow, for Paris, it's become very popular. At least, she's the only one I can think of in recent history that's gone to jail and actually had people cheering for her.

I don't take pleasure in it and I don't envy anything about her (she's a sick, immoral person). She's getting what she deserves and someone is finally telling her "NO!"
