In what sense is it his disc, I wonder? Did he shoot the footage? Or maybe he purchased the rights?

Or did he rip the video from someone else's source? And if he did that, did he give them credit or compensate them? One wonders...

[EDIT] Of course, now we know. Sounds like the fella's got a legitimate point.
