Star DVD Menu Help!

Okay i have the original trilogy on dvds with anamorphic widescreen and i want to take the menus off the 2006 dvd sets and put them on the other dvds that i have. How do i do that help is appritiated.

What you ask is really involved. Do you know anything about DVD authoring?
