If you claim that Anakin was created by Palegius or Palpatine, then you are inherently accepting the concept of midichlorians, and therefore, believe that Jedi have lukemia and this gives them their powers. Plus, it was barely implied that Anakin was created by whatever Sith lord by manipulating midichlorians- it was just a pointless drivel to half-assedly explain Anakin's turn to the dark side. This is yet another point how ROTS ruined the SW saga yet again.
