So, how does it all flow when you watch it? Is Grievous completely cut from the film? How did you handle the bridge scene where Anakin takes the helm after the fight?
I really like how you are creating a stronger plot with the inclusion of the deleted scene "A Plot To Destroy the Jedi". You're cliffhanger ending to the Jedi Council scene where Anakin is begrudgingly allowed to be part of the Council is also very cool. Episode 3 really missed the mark on being a mature film by treating the scenes so childishly.
As I look over your changes, there is a lot there that I might have to borrow. Regarding the Mace/Palpatine scene, I did a cut of this which might help your story flow. It does include the lightning transformation, but I think it downplays it and leaves what really happened open to interpretation. You can download it here if you'd like.
