In the movie, before the big battle when Spiderman first arrives. Spiderman lands on top of the building in front of the American Flag and it is night time. Just for the trailer they made it daytime. It was originally night time. As for the Black suited Spiderman looking in the window at the reflection of the red suited Spiderman. They just superimposed the red suit over the black that is in the reflection.
