I was disappointed in the campiness of "evil" Peter, as well - it reminded me too much of Superman III. Then Venom, who is my absolute favorite Spidey villain ...

... gets 2 scenes, 50% of each with Topher Grace's face plastered over the REAL one, and then he BLOWS UP. I was furious.

Other than that, fairly good - Harry's arc was fantastic.

But it really should have been Harry, Venom and The Lizard, if they needed a third villain at all, but I think Harry and Venom with a SUBSTANTIALLY larger role should have been it.
