You should use Fraps(www.fraps.com) to capture. You need a pretty good PC otherwise you will get a slow down when running the emulator.

The free version places a "Fraps.com" @ the top of the video
The paid version(can be found on torrent sites

) offers higher quality captures & no watermark

Much better than the screen capture programs.
