I pre-ordered mine from Amazon.co.uk and it's had a predicted delivery date of this week for months. This morning I got an email saying they are not getting it in and are now stated 4 to 6 weeks delivery! This is crap. Looking elsewhere but it seems to be the same in most places.

Damn.

UPDATE: I've called Ebury Press and they say they have plenty in stock!

UPDATE 2: After calling more stores with no stock I called Ebury Press back and spoke to the person in charge of marketing the book. They were very suprised to hear the news. I told them they had better contact amazon etc. Amazon are now going to get back to me later today.
