I'm not surprised something like that happened. I guess my feelings on it are that I'd tell my kid "If you get pushed or bullied, hit them, make sure you hurt them, and do your best not to get caught". That essentially means make sure no adults see you and make sure you've got friends around that'll back you. At least that way there's conflicting stories and no one will ever know what really happened.

And Wayseed, I don't think college students should be engaging in sexual activity anyway. They're their to learn, not have sex with anything that moves.
