You are not legally entitled to any of this material, despite what you may fool yourselves into thinking or saying to make yourself feel better. At the end of the day we're allowed to exist because fan edits and preservations are pretty much under the radar, but when scum start selling edits, that brings attention to us. Bad attention.
So, when you see this sort of thing, take action. Apathy can kill all of this.

I know, that is the real kicker. I have no doubt that it is eventually going to happen, it is more a question of when. And it will all be because some baboons (no offense meant towards any real baboons) couldn't resist making an easy buck. I hear about comic con busts all the time, I can't believe people are still dumb enough to sell stuff there. Do they get fined when this happens? Or just a slap on the wrist and all their DVD taken away? I think they should crack down on crap like that rather than sueing eleven year olds for downloading limp bizcut songs.
