OK, here is a preview of the lego covers that I am working on for pat. I still have to do the bonus disc case, and let me know if you guys have any suggestions on these three. I tried to keep the original idea, just make them consistent.

Awesome. You planning anything Lego related or video game-like for the prequels too? Ok if i add these into the SW dvd covers collection I'm building also? Might want to change the files to jpgs also, too, just saying that's all.

for the Lego prequels yes, ThrowgnCpr who "tuned up" my original covers for the OT, will do them. for the video games, it would be hard since there was no prequel movies games for Atari. but maybe i can work something out.

i kept them in BMP so the clean look remained, but looks like ThrowgnCpr fixed that so i will repost them.

Cool. Yeah I changed them to jpg when I transfered them into my directories but if you have a cleaner look for them go for it.

Pat - if you can do what you have done here with Paint, you really should check out investing in Photoshop. It's cheap, fairly simple, and far-reaching in scope. Working in that as opposed to Paint would be like taking handcuffs off of your arms.

I am glad you like the covers. I will make the change to the rotj pic on the back, and try to get the bonus disc done too. I get them upped sometime this week.

Pat, I would also recommend purchasing Photoshop. There are a lot of freeware programs out there, but I haven't found any that I like as much as Photoshop. I used to create covers in paint (back in the day), but ever since I got photoshop, things have been so much easier. I constantly learn new tricks too. Its a cool app. I am running an older version 6.0, I am sure they have made it even cooler since then.

Again... glad you like the covers, let me know if you have any other suggestions

I guess the best and easiest way would be to record Xbox 360 video with a DVD player...? Not sure if that does work, but I've recorded Xbox video with a VCR with good results.

I would ask daveytod for some advice. He seems to know his stuff when it comes to videogames and movies, also galactus and movealong are working on an updated bounty hunter DVD, so maybe they will have some advice. I would love to see the video games used to recreate the movies. It would be awesome if it could be done shot for shot and the audio from the DVDs used. I don't know if this is even possible. My gaming sucks, and my editing skills aren't that great either. It would be sooo awesome if it could be done though.

well for the blue i wanna add a bubble effect on the Luke figure, like the real toy, and hopefully it will tone it down a tad. and i will add something to the front, possibly the cover of the movie.

Unfortunately, using the "standard" PS2 capture method, the only movies that can be extracted from Lego Star Wars I or II is the trailer at the beginning. Screen capturing/game recording seems like the only bet, as far as I know.
