I just watched your clip and Loved some of the changes you've made, I've made many of the same changes myself! I may not even upload mine now, otherwise it will look like I copied yours in many places! It's still very different though, starting when Obi and Yoda are talking about going after Anakin and Palpatine(now only Anakain) after disabling the clone signal to the jedi. The fight is continuous without cutting to yoda and palps (this made some of the cuts shorter and more rough that I would have liked unfortunatly, I'm only a novice at this). Then of course the ending is COMPLETELY different, different sequence, twin thing secret, you have to see it, if just to get some feedback.
