The new music is an interesting choice which to be honest I don't know if I care for it or not, but even so when Han, Luke, Leia are talking it should be slightly quieter... their dialog is getting drowned out.
I did say that this was a temp soundtrack. i won't be getting around to mixing the soundtrack until all the FX work & editing is finished.
as a guideline i'm using the isolated score that Belbucus did so any credit for the quality of the EP 4 music used in the temp soundtrack goes to him. I'm using Sony Vegas 7 to do most of my music & film editing.

The transition from new music to old music (when Ben dies) is a little jarring... as is Luke's "No!" (was it shortened or sped up?)
It seems that the shoot out was sped up a bit to make it "faster, more intense!"
The only problem is that it now looks like an old Chaplin movie.... everyone is moving a bit too quickly and it looks un-natural... especially the smoke from the blasters

I'm listening to the music... did you use the SE as your music sounds almost different... did you remaster it? It seems faster or am I just imagining things... also, what program are you using? it's really great

The problem is that when you add a new piece of music or remix it it will always be a bit jarring at first. I remember when they eliminated the echo effect from the TIE battle music it took me ages to get use to that.
Nothing has been sped up (unless you count that the PAL version is 4% faster than the NTSC version anyway). the only thing i have done to the shoot out is touch up the laser blasts and add blaster flashes where they weren't present.
I've been able to upload this clip now to yousendit.com via a different isp account.
