How many other countries do you know of that actually accommodate multiple languages in the same way that the U.S. does?

I can walk into a Burger King in Los Angeles, and nearly every single object with writing on it has a Spanish duplicate. How in the hell is simply using print in one language in public places making them "nationalist fucks"?
