Okay, well since you've praised the cover I've made some minor fixes and uploaded it here:

"PBGOB002: Halloween 5: PhineasBG Edit" DVD Cover by Klokwerk

You guys can do what you will with it: put it on the DVD-ROM section of the disc, upload it to FE, whatever. I'm just glad you like it.
