While parts of Eps 1 & 2 certainly disappopinted a friend asked me when I was coming out of the first night of ROTS "What did you think?" and I said "It was everything I wanted it to be" and I still think that about ROTS.
Really now? What about:
The ridiculous opening scroll? War! The Republic is crumbling under attacks by the ruthless Sith Lord, Count Dooku. There are heroes on both sides. Evil is everywhere?
Hilarious droids making funny noises?
An opening battle where no one knows what the fuck is going on?
Millions of different variations of OT-vehicles just for the heck of it?
GENERAL GRIEVOUS? Who is this guy anyway?
Count dooku, an old, old man doing a bunch of flips while he could just as much walked down the stairs which would be much more menacing anyway...
Padme?
Soap drama romance? Love story?
padme, lost the will to live, but she just delivered two babies?
Why have a silly looking robot handle the birth of the babies? Why not a normal human being?
Yoda speaking like a dumbass? Performing tons of saltos in the air? Not if i have anything to say about it blabla?
Mace windu? I still dont know what his purpose was in the prequel trilogy...
Jedi rules/codes etc...not fall in love, not have sex blabla...what the hell is that?
