You mean the one with the goofy background music that mainly focuses on the many-armed droid? Does anyone have a preservation of that? The video from T'bone's Cut Scenes site isn't exactly high quality. The same goes for the extremely brief shot of R2-D2 entering the cantina.
Oh, and if you haven't figured it out, I changed my mind again: I'll buckle down and add in all the little snippets I can find!
EDIT: And after looking around, I settled on the lossless HuffyUV codec. Still, the alternate cantina scene came out to be 2 GB! I ripped the files from the DVD at the exact same size (I didn't shrink it to fit on a SL DVD, etc.), so I'll have to run them through DVDShrink again, anyway.

That's just it: I don't know where that shot is from. Some guy named Dylan McDermott or a name similar to that sent it in to T'bone, who said it was "from one of the documentaries." I thought someone here would know. Well, these edits aren't going to look pretty, anyway, what with bluescreen footage and all that in there, so if I can't find it, I'll just use the low-quality video from the Cut Scenes site.
