I am perfectly comfortable with everything I have stated and having seen the site and seeing that my username is not being mentioned there directly i have no problem.This isn't a big revelation in the prop world.I dont believe Bonhams were being deliberately deceitful however they should have researched the piece more thoroughly.I do not believe this cloak to be the real one used by Guiness.Far too many differences and it can't be screen-matched to any degree that i would see fit to justify this kind of price.i have been offered many items that after some research have turned out to be fakes and whoever buys these items should do just that-research.A guy was recently sold what he was told was a prototype Darth Vader helmet for $8000.It turned out to be a remolded Don Post mask.Think first-buy later.
