A disc is now on its way to Dark_Jedi for torrenting - I'll leave it to him to give us an update once it's up and running (and if anyone who has received a disc can help with seeding, it would be much appreciated!)

Regarding US PiFs, a copy is on its way to Rijir so you might ask him nicely if he can pass it on once he's received it.

I have a first request to pass it on at this point. How does it work in this forum to make a list of those in the "vine"? I have never done it in this group before.

Anything I get I usually fold over three times. Five if there is a real demand for the item. I remember back when Rev sent me that first bootleg telecine DVD, I sent out like nine of those. LOL. Wasn't quite up on the whole PIF game at that point and got a bit raped. (But hopefully those folks kept it going.) But yeah... most of the time I hear people send out to at least three more people once they get something.

No problem waiting on the Myspleen torrent. Wish the second appendix disc was still being seeded, though. I got in on this set late.

Hot damn - this is one great job that Jonno has done on the front-end of this disc and getting together all of the sources. Really impressive and definitely worth the wait once it gets out there in whichever form.

The diamond geezer that is dark_jedi will no doubt torrent once it comes along - I'll try and get one out to Jaiman Tuckuh as well so there should be a newsgroups posting too.

3 down, who knows how many to come !!

I'm planning on grabing the torrent of this although I was wondering if anyone wwas planning on doing/restarting the torrent of the first two, I have the second disc but I would love to snag Volume one......

Alien is on my short list of favorite movies!

And the others weren't a waste of my time.

I'll especially be looking forward to seeing "Giger's Alien", he is an underutilized artistic genius.

I am eager to post this to the newsgroups as soon as I can get it!

I just saw the dvd Jonno sent me last week. Great work on the menus and except for the Yaphett Kotto itw which is not very interesting , the rest is awesome.

I already had the Giger's documentary but the rest is unseen here in France. So congratulations for this package of rare stuff about Alien.

I want some other alien Appendix discs

and the hidden feature is great

Did you find both easter eggs?

DFNYC - I need to talk to meedermow about where we're going from here - if someone else is assembling AA4, I'll work on the NTSC AA3 in the meantime. If it ends up that I do the next one, I'll see if someone else can take on the conversion job - the guys who worked on the two JD documentaries clearly know what they're doing, but I don't yet know if they're also Alien fans

i think it will be better if demonoid would be chosen for the torrent release. so that it never happens that the tracker is down and not working because he wants money as myspleen does every now and then...also demonoid has so much users...torrents are public so that anybody can download them, that means more users in swarm...
