There is a new making of Star Wars book being published with a lot of old interviews from before Star Wars actually arrived in theaters. You might want to look into picking it up. Also, there is another book called the Cinema of George Lucas I think that also has a lot about the making of Star Wars in it. I think the first one is going for $75.00 and the other is $50.00.
