It could be worse, though. I am also a fan of the Andy Griffith Show. On the season boxsets of that show, though, they have no extras, besides a few in-character commercials for one or two seasons. There has been numerous cast reunion specials, a made-for-TV movie, behind-the scenes documentaries, cast interviews, etc. for Andy Griffith Show. So there was no shortage of bonus materials. But they gave us absolutely nothing. So at least we got what we did. But yes, it would of been easy to have done much better than they did. And the LOTR series is a good example of how one should release a film series.
