A fine and a warning from UEFA is the norm for these sorts of things.
The crowd problem is a an obviously more serious and complex problem - I imagine there'll have to be a full investigation (cover-up / switching of blame) before anything is done about that...
UEFA don't look after the fans' best interests - they are there to get rich and have a good old free time at the expense of the paying fans. If UEFA get things wrong they shift the blame - often onto the fans.
Don't think Man Utd did anything wrong in the game (officials' fault for not letting Lille's goal stand) - though I do hope Lille beat them in the return leg
