The unpack of the BTM discs posted on usenet has all of the images extracted already and the text and the videos etc. (although the videos need to be converted, they are being posted on usent now too). The images and videos are of better quality than any previous captures I've seen done.

I haven't seen filejuicer, it sounds like a useful tool.
