Actually I'm reasonably certain that it's out on the VC in Japan.

Don't know...I just finished it about 3 weeks ago for the I-don't-know-how-many-times, and the control scheme is so damn tight on the N64 that I can imagine playing it any other way.

Same goes for Twilight Princess. I just finished playing for a couple of hours and I could never imagine playing it without the Wii controls. Only thing that pisses me off about it is not being able to lock the Z-Target and having to constantly press the button. That's why I liked Ocarina - you could lock on and then just circle your enemy and look for an opening. I miss that.

I guess my point is that certain games are designed to take full advantage of a console's control scheme, and some of it must get lost in translation. Having said that, I only spent about an hour playing Ocarina Master Quest on the GC and couldn't really get used to it.

I'm sure I'll eventually break down and buy Ocarina for the Wii whenever it comes out in North America...although I have to admit, Twilight Princess is really giving it a run for its' money. Were it not for Ocarina's soundtrack, I don't know...
