Personally I don't mind the stuff. I mean it isn't the best quality "meat" in the world, but as far as fake and easy to prepare precooked meats goes, this stuff can be very useful. Just pop the can open and it is ready to eat. Can be very useful in many situations. I think it is wise to keep some at easy access around the house just in case something comes up and you have to go on the lamb. Not to mention it has a great Monty Python sketch dedicated to it (complete with singing vikings). That last part is probably its greatest redeeming factor.
