Sorry to bring up the whole adding a "Vader/Luke revelation" scene to ANH again. I'm just concerned because I don't want to see ESB diminished in any way. I think most can agree that ESB is by far the superior film of the entire saga. It's as close to perfection as possible and it would break my heart for it to be tarnished. The Vader/Emperor scene in ESB is powerful and poignant right where it is. I would hate for it to be treated with undue respect. I'll be honest, I absolutely hate the prequels and I totally ignore their existence. I don't care about trying to tie all six movies together. To me there's just the OT and that's it. The PT is so messed up that it's beyond help and I can live without it. But I would like to see the mistakes of the Special Editions be fixed so we get the best possible version of the OT as possible. The story of the OT is great and I love it as is. The PT needs to be rewritten not the OT. Again I apologize for beating a dead horse. Maybe I care a little too much but putting in any kind of "Vader discovers Luke" scene in ANH is making me nervous.
