WMV Video Compressor

My WMV Video file is +1000MB in size, and in order to upload it, I need to decrease its size. Is there a good program that can compress the WMV file to a decent size, without losing too much quality?

You need to change the bitrates in the program you created the wmv with to reduce the final size.

Well you will need to lower your bitrates much further then.

You might want to use a lower quality audio as well.
